Hold both coral buds through each pulse before the reef cracks.

The reef does not ask for speed. It asks for two hands that stay. Left bud and right bud light together, and a short or long pulse bar tells you how long to keep both pressed. Let go too soon and a fracture line climbs the calcium. Some stages place a middle decoy bud that only looks helpful; touch it and the glow thins.
